Usage limits may be defined in your pricing plan or communicated separately. We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or suspend accounts that exceed reasonable usage levels or materially impact system performance or LLM costs. Excessive usage includes but is not limited to: automated scripts generating high-volume requests, credential sharing to pool limits, or any use pattern we determine degrades service for others.
We may introduce or modify usage limits at any time, and will notify you if these limits materially change your plan.
Cost-Based Restrictions: If your usage of computationally expensive features (including but not limited to LLM-powered analyses) results in costs that match or exceed your subscription fee, we reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or require you to upgrade to a higher-tier plan. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before imposing such restrictions.
Fees for the Services are described on the Site or in an order form. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may update pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, and other governmental charges.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or error-free operation.
From time to time, we may release experimental or beta features. These may change or be discontinued at any time and are provided without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data or analysis provided through the Services, including third-party data sources or AI-generated outputs.
No information provided by the Company constitutes professional advice of any kind.
All content, software, algorithms, data structures, AI models, designs, text, graphics, and other materials in the Services (“Company Materials”) are owned by the Company and protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, resell, share, sublicense, or make available Company Materials or outputs to third parties without written consent.
You may download or print reports generated for your internal business use only.
You retain ownership of any data you upload (“Customer Data”). You grant us a license to process, store, and analyze Customer Data in order to provide the Services.
We will not share your Customer Data with third parties except as required to provide the Services or comply with law.
We do not store any clinical trial protocols that you upload in our databases.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, or misuse.
You may terminate your account at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, APIs, data providers, or content accessed through the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in San Diego County, CA, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
Sections relating to intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, governing law, and any payment obligations survive termination of your account or these Terms.
